Eagle Point Hotel Partners (EPHP) is a privately-held independent investment company focused on hotel real estate. It has headquarters in New York City, and a portfolio of properties that spans North America, including locations in New York, Hawaii, Wyoming, and Colorado.
The founders needed distinct visual identities for multiple Jackson Hole properties, Alpine House, The Anvil Hotel, and Cache House, while maintaining a consistent level of quality across all guest touch-points. Each property served a different audience and experience, which required individual identities, but the overall brand presence still needed to feel cohesive and professionally managed across digital and print.

Marketing Director, EPHP

We developed unique visual identities for each property, along with social posts and ads for promotions spanning multiple properties at once.
These identities were applied across a wide range of guest touchpoints, including email newsletter templates, social media content, menus, and custom property maps. The goal was to create a consistent, high-quality brand experience across every guest interaction, both online and on property.
